    Due to a limited supply of items and the spread of COVID 19, we DO NOT issue REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be sure to confirm that you have selected the correct size and color before completing the checkout process.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to a limited supply of items and the spread of COVID 19, we DO NOT accept RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be sure to confirm that you have selected the right size and color before completing the checkout process. We do not recommend shipping any unauthorized returns or exchanges to our location. Any unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be shipped back unless paid for by the original sender.
  • What is your exchange policy?
    We DO NOT accept exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be sure to confirm that you have selected the correct size and color before completing the checkout process. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT AN EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE WILL ONLY - - - be considered if in the event an item(s) is shipped incorrectly on our behalf. If the item has any damages or defects, you may be responsible for those damages or defects caused after the item was received. If entitled to a replacement item due to a mistake on our behalf, we will gladly replace the product. ​ ​ Upon receiving the returned merchandise, our team will thoroughly examine it to ensure no damage occurred to the item(s) after being delivered to the customer. Once that is confirmed, we will contact you via e-mail within 48 -72 hours, with our final decision. ​ ​ ALL ITEMS must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition (labels, tags); to include being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and bodily fluids. MillYoni reserves the right to deny any exchange requests based on our discretion. If authorized for an exchange, please include a copy of your original receipt, contact number, and item details (name, color, and size) that you would like with your return. After we have received the package, we will contact you to confirm the details. ALL EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE WITHIN (3) BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT AND ARE SUBJECT TO INVENTORY CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY. EXCHANGE REQUESTS DONE AFTER (3) BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING OF THE ITEM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ITEMS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED ONCE PER ORDER. ​ ​
  • What if the item I ordered is no longer in stock?
    Due to a limited supply of items, shipping, manufacturer rebate delays, and other unforeseen events, we cannot guarantee that your original item will be in stock upon returning for exchange. If a specific color or style is no longer available, a team member will contact you via e-mail to discuss alternative methods regarding your order.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    Due to the rapid spread of covid19, we currently DO NOT accept international orders.
  • How long will it take for my order to be processed?
    Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped, except for all major holidays. Please email info@millyoni.com to discuss any concerns, details, or updates on your order. You can also fill out a form on our contact page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us via e-mail. Please be sure to verify that you have entered the correct e-mail at the time of check out. MillYoni is not responsible for any delay in shipments caused by natural disasters, all major holidays, incorrect information, or any other unforeseen event that we cannot control. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and accurately as possible.
  • How long will it take for my exchange to be processed?
    Please allow up to 5 -10 business days for us to process all exchanges. A team member will contact you via e-mail to discuss any concerns, details, or updates on your order. Once your exchange has been processed and shipped, a team member will contact you via e-mail with your new tracking number.
  • What if I never received my item(s)?
    MillYoni is not responsible for any lost or stolen items delivered to the address provided at the time of check out. At the customer's request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided during checkout, along with the necessary details (date, time, tracking, and carrier for further investigation). Once delivery of an item has been confirmed by our team, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier to file or pursue any claims for compensation due to lost or stolen packages.

  • Are your items true to size?
    If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend going DOWN a size from your usual selection. Some of our items are handmade from organic cotton that may fit slightly larger than other materials.
  • What if I entered my shipping address incorrectly, will I receive a refund?"
